Two couches, two oversized chairs, and two ottomans provide ample seating for all the guests. Enter the fully equipped kitchen from the living room, featuring a large island with four barstools. There is a complimentary coffee station and hot chocolate for the kids. Directly next to the kitchen is a dining table that comfortably seats six. You can access the deck or the screened-in porch from the side of the dining table. The main floor features a half bathroom and a hallway closet to store all your coats and shoes. There are also board games, card games, puzzles, toys, and books for adults and kids. Inside the entryway closet, you will find a highchair and a booster seat for your children's comfort. LOWER LEVEL: On the lower level, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfy king bed and a designated seating area with two comfortable chairs for enjoying a morning coffee, evening wine, or getting lost in your favorite read! This room also includes sprawling large windows, blackout curtains, and direct access to the outdoors, where you can unwind by the Solo Stove bonfire pit and Adirondack chairs. It also has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom on the lower level has a comfy queen bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. This room features blackout curtains to help you get some cozy zzz's. There is an ensuite full bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer stocked with laundry necessities. SECOND FLOOR: Take the stairs up to the third bedroom. This room features a queen bed, a Roku TV, an electric fireplace, an oversized reading chair, a designated workspace, and an attached bathroom with a shower. Our property is at the end of a quiet lane on a little over two acres with seasonal views of the Shenandoah Valley. This home has everything you need to have a memorable trip to Galena! 7 min drive to Galena Territory Owner’s Club (fitness center, arcade, indoor, & outdoor pool, pickleball court, business center, outdoor tennis court, and outdoor basketball court) 7 min drive to Shenandoah Riding Center (horseback trail rides, riding lessons, wagon rides, and more) 8 min drive to the Country Store (convenient stop for essentials, a snack, coffee, quick meal, beverages, and fuel) 9 min drive to Lake Galena & Marina (boat rentals, fishing, nature observing, and more) 18 min drive to downtown Galena (shopping and dining) 30 min drive to Chesnut Mountain Resort (skiing, snowboarding, zip lining, mountain biking, & more) The Galena Territory offers over 25 miles of trails winding through 1,700 acres of undeveloped, preserved woodlands and prairies to explore. Guest access: Guests will have private access to the entire home and yard. There is a keyless entry for easy access and check-in.
